Lansing Community College sophomore Michael Dennis has been named the MCCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the fourth time this season.

The St. Johns High School (Mich.) graduate was the medalist at the NJCAA Region XII and MCCAA Championships with an 8-kilometer winning time of 25 minutes and 4.7 seconds, beating out 119 individuals.
