Ocelots Receive Votes in Men’s Soccer Preseason Poll

The back-to-back-to-back NJCAA Region XII Champion Ocelots of Schoolcraft College will begin the 2025 season in the national conversation once again. Led by head coach Rick Larson now in his 20^th season at the helm, the Ocelots appeared in the receiving votes section as the first team outside the top 20 in the NJCAA Men's Soccer Division II Preseason Poll.

Last season, the Ocelots captured the program's third consecutive Region XII crown as part of a 12-4-1 campaign.

Overall, Larson has amassed a staggering career record of 265-58-20, good for 26^th all-time in NJCAA history and 10^th among active coaches in the association.

The Ocelots kick off the 2025 campaign with a showcase matchup against No. 3 Iowa Lakes on Aug. 22 at the Midwest North Showcase in Westfield, Ind.
